How long does shipping take?
- In-stock items: 2–3 business days
- Made-to-order: 1–3 days production + 9–14 days shipping (total: 10–17 days)
- Preorders: Shipping time listed on the product page
Some items ship separately. We’ll show all timeframes at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some countries have restrictions or longer delivery times. You’ll see what’s available at checkout. Customs or import fees are your responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at heartlessrealitybusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to make the change. Once it’s in progress or shipped, it’s final.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Tags still attached
Final sale & limited drop items can’t be returned.
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
How do I know what size to get?
Check the sizing guide on the product page. Most pieces have a relaxed fit.
Go true-to-size for a standard look, or size up for a looser fit.

Will items restock?
Most drops are limited. If anything restocks, you’ll hear about it on our newsletter or @heartlessrealityofficial on Instagram.
Who handles delivery issues?
Once your package is handed off to USPS/UPS, it’s their responsibility to deliver it. If it’s lost, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier directly. We’ll help track it if we can.
